Ramtron expands F-RAM V-Family

Ramtron announces the FM28V020, a faster and more power efficient 256-kilobit bytewide nonvolatile F-RAM memory. The FM28V020 features a standard 28-pin SOIC package, fast read/write performance, NoDelay writes, virtually unlimited read/write cycles, and low power consumption.

The F-RAM V-Family includes I2C, SPI and parallel memories in 256-, 512-kilobit and 1-megabit densities. Higher densities are coming soon!
