Following the Tsunami in December 2004, Line One Sales Ltd donated a total of USD$15,000 to the Tsunami Relief fund for the rebuilding of a Nai Yang beach community for local Thai people and some European businesses that lost their homes and livelihood as a result of the devastation inflicted by the waves and high water. There was only limited lost of life in this area, but there was complete physical devastation to the beach area and immediate hinterland. We are pleased to have been of some help to these people and helped them rebuild their community, their businesses and their family life. The web link is for the local dive school which has gone some way to share the rebuild information to non Thais, and to give some explanation to visitors about the Tsunami. [paradise-dive]
